National Temporary Workers Week promotes and recognises the contribution and value of the UK's temporary and flexible workforce. Every week 1.2 million temporary workers are keeping business in the UK moving. National Temp Workers Week is an annual event run by the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) and culminates in a temp of the year awards ceremony held at the House of Commons.

Smart Recruitment would like to take this opportunity to thank our temporary workers for their continued loyalty and hard work. To celebrate the week Smart Recruitment held a number of initiatives across its network of branches including taking lunches out to temps on assignment, raffles for all workers, lotto cards and in branch hospitality.
