Dear Sharon,

Just thought I would drop you a quick line to say how appreciative I am of all the help and support I have received from everybody at Smart Group, following me securing the position of Life and Pensions Administrator a X last week.

You may recall me contacting you initially after speaking to X at a barbecue a couple of months ago! Smart Group understood that I was unable to attend interviews during working hours as my employer did not operate a flexi-time policy, which made seeking a new position substantially more difficult.

Thankfully Sarah Nicholls kindly met me after working hours and we ran through my career history. She spent a great deal of time, ascertaining my aims and aspirations in terms of position I was seeking, as well as providing me with a thorough understanding of the positions on offer at that particular time.

I have been overwhelmed by the friendly service and professionalism from the team, and would also like to thank Liz Davies for her unfailing assistance in helping me acquire the position at X. She provided me with thorough advice and tips regarding the position, the people and the working environment, which helped me immensely!
