I would like to express my thanks in particular to Katya but also to the team for their professionalism and enthusiasm whilst I was searching for that perfect job!!

Having changed career direction and not being entirely happy, I started my search. This was quite daunting but I knew I needed to make the right choice and this could not be rushed.

When I first entered the offices at Christchurch I was met with a very friendly but professional approach. My initial meeting was with Katya , who made me feel that her top priority was to the ensure she knew me as thoroughly as she could, my personality, what excited me, my goals and most importantly exactly what I was looking for in a career.

My brief narrowed the search slightly but she had a client who had been looking for sometime for the right candidate. The recruitment process took a gruelling 3 months during which time Katya worked extremely hard on both sides to ensure we were both making the right choice.

I am extremely happy in my new role and my employer is equally as happy. I have already recommended The Smart Group (Christchurch) as I can quite honestly say my dealings with the staff; have been by far the best I have experienced in your field
