Dear Katya,

I am writing to you today because I feel so strongly about the help I have received from you and your team.

I have joined many agencies this year but none of them can hold a candle to the excellent team at Smart, from the minute I walked into your office, I was made to feel welcome and more importantly you listened to my needs.

All the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional but you Katya have been a "star" to me right from the start! You have listened to me and helped me when I got in a muddle and need help and advice.

Every step of the way, I know I can count on you and your team to place me in a job that is right for me.

In August I was in a panic because I was unable to find suitable work and getting very worried and upset, but you came to my rescue and placed me at X.

I can honestly say that the last few months have been some of my happiest, I love my job at X and all the people there have been lovely.
X is one of the best Manager I have had, she really cares about her staff and looks after them.
X and X have been a delight to work with, although their love for chocolate plays havoc with my diet!!
I cannot thank you enough and that is why I had to write this letter.
